Nij funding opportunities
The National Institute of Justice is inviting research proposals [pdf]. Up to $4 million may be available. They say:
We’re looking for innovative, precedent-setting ideas in what we call our “open” solicitation for social and behavioral research and evaluation on criminal and juvenile justice policy and practice. As always, the questions your research answers should have clear implications for criminal justice policy and practice. Other NIJ solicitations and awards can help you focus on targeted topics of interest.
Deadline: March 5, 2008
There are a couple of other research solicitations open at the moment:
